DESCRIPTION: DESCRIPTION\nGive our Yoga for Pain Management course a free try! Designed for all levels, these classes use chair for support and offer safe and supportive practices to help reduce tension, increase mobility, manage back pain, arthritis, or everyday aches. Using PainCare Aware principles you will learn to listen to your body's signals, never forcing or ignoring pain. Resistance bands are used at times and will help you build strength without overdoing it. We will add simple meditation and breath work practices to reduce stress and balance the nervous system. Together these simple yet powerful practices help you grow stronger, feel more relaxed, and most of all, comfortable in your body.\n\nInstructor:&nbsp;Danalee Gascon\nGENERAL INFORMATION\nIf you are in need of Tech Assistance for navigating Zoom, please reach out to one of our fantastic tech volunteers at tech@cmaprinceton.org at least two weeks ahead of your scheduled event.\nEXERCISE WAIVER\nAll participants of CMAP exercise courses and classes are required to have a signed exercise waiver before participating in our activities. Exercise Waivers are good for one full year before needing to sign again.
