This year will be the 17th year the National Council on Aging has observed Falls Prevention Awareness Week. The 2024 theme is From Awareness to Action. Join Princeton Fire and Rescue Squad for a presentation on how to prevent falls and steps you can take to make your home safer. PFARS educator Ari Meisel will discuss their emergency response teams experience with calls related to falls and patients who need lift-assists. Falls are preventable if you know what risks to look out for.

REFUND INFORMATION

• Refund checks will be issued for cash, check, and credit card payments
• Payments made electronically will be refunded electronically
• Refund processing time is approximately 2 weeks
• Up to 6 business days before class begins — refunds will be issued minus a $15 processing fee
• No refund will be offered 5 business days or less before the class begins
• No refund will be offered for programs that cost $15 or less
• There will be a $15 processing fee for refunds to those who register for the same program more than once
