DESCRIPTION
Join Jenna Noecker from Alzheimer's New Jersey, hosted by Artis Senior Living, for an informative program exploring the unique connection between women's health and memory care. Women are disproportionately affected by dementia—not only as those more likely to be diagnosed, but also as primary caregivers for loved ones living with cognitive decline.
This session will cover early warning signs of dementia, environmental risk factors, and the emotional and physical impact of caregiving. Participants will also learn practical mindfulness and wellness strategies to support caregivers and promote overall well-being.
