CMAP is pleased to host Dr. Amoha Bajaj-Mahajan, Ph.D. Clinical and Health Psychologist, Princeton Psychotherapy Center, who will answer CMAP community participant questions about how aging affects one’s sleep health and how one can address these challenges.
National Sleep Awareness Month is a dedicated time to highlight the crucial link between sleep, health, and overall well-being. It encourages improving sleep hygiene, recognizing the dangers of chronic sleep deprivation—such as increased risks for heart disease, diabetes, and depression—and addressing disorders like sleep apnea.
