DESCRIPTION
We’re excited to introduce The MLK Series, a new annual tradition at CMAP honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. This year’s theme, “Civil Rights and the Call for Courage,” invites all of us to reflect on the bravery —past and present— that continues to shape the fight for equality. Over a shared dinner, a short film, and a guided community conversation, we’ll explore how moral courage can help light a path forward in our own lives and neighborhoods.
This intergenerational evening creates space for learning, connection, and meaningful dialogue. Join us as we launch a new CMAP tradition inspired by Dr. King’s enduring call to courage and justice.
