Holidays can be times of joy and excitement, but for some they may be painful triggers due to loss and isolation. Join NIGHTINGALE NJ to discuss how the loss of family, friends and function impacts the elderly and can lead to the Holiday Blues. Learn proven tools and techniques to help you and your loved ones navigate this season.

This is a hybrid program. Participants who register to attend in-person will receive a reminder 24 hours in advance of the event. Those who reigster to attend virtually will receive a reminder with the zoom link both 24 hours and 15 minutes before the event.
