DESCRIPTION
This powerful memoir uncovers the hidden stories of children who escaped the Holocaust through newspaper ads that meant the difference between life and death. Journalist Julian Borger discovers the ad that saved his father, Robert, from the Nazis— a secret his father kept until his tragic passing. Tracing his family's past, Borger pieces together the fates of other advertised children and their families. Join him and Rabbi David Ingber for a moving conversation on survival, memory, and intergenerational legacy.
